"I came across Packability whilst browsing Google, like most businesses I was shopping around in an effort to try and reduce our packaging costs and was immediately impressed by the wide and varied range of packaging products and the prices on the Packability website compared to those of our existing local supplier. Registering for an account was quick and easy, and as a business customer Packability offered us the same 30 day account terms as our previous supplier.
I found the packability website easy to browse and use, and unlike some E-commerce websites, the site loading speed was fast, and the ´cart´ remembered the items which I was in the process of ordering, which is handy as I am occasionally called away from my desk to deal with other matters. The real time stock availability icons are a really helpful and unique feature and make life a lot easier as they take the ´Russian Roulette´ guesswork out of ordering goods. Simply find the product(s) you need, and you can instantly see whether the item is in stock by way of the clearly marked colour coded traffic light system by each item, which takes the guesswork out of ordering as you know exactly what is currently in stock, it even tells you roughly what the lead time is, (although I have yet to find any popular packaging item which wasn´t actually held in stock!!).
Delivery of ex-stock items is quick, and on every occasion that I have ordered the goods have turned up the following working day, even with items ordered the previous afternoon. I wouldn´t hesitate to recommend Packability to anybody who wants to revise and reduce their packaging costs or who demands a first rate, courteous level of service from their supply chain."
