Woven Sacks Guide
If you require a reasonably priced heavy duty sack that can be used for a number of applications you could consider using woven polypropylene bags / sacks.
They are available in seven popular sizes ranging from 9×12″ up to 28×56″. Non stock sizes can be manufactured to your exact specification and bespoke printed bags are available in quantities of 500+. All polypropylene sacks are manufactured in strong 850 denier material. Sacks can be sealed by using green pvc coated sack ties and a sack tying tool.
Polypropylene Woven Bags – Uses & Applications
Woven polypropylene sacks are breathable. They are used in many different sectors for a whole range of products. These include:

Alternative Products to Polypropylene Woven Bags
Alternative products that can be used for builders rubble and aggregate bags are strong polythene builders rubble bags. These are sold in packs of 100 in 20×32″ size (approx 700gauge).
If you supply kindling or logs you could use monofilament netted bags These bags are available in the size 40x50cm off the shelf in packs of 100. Other sizes are available on application.
Another product that can be used for fabricated engineering parts is Netlon mesh sleeving as it is unaffected by oils and grease. We can also supply heavy duty polythene bags in gauges ranging from 400g up to 800g. These bags are available in ten sizes ranging from 3×4″ up to 36×48″ ranging in pack sizes from 50 to 1000 depending on the size of the bags.

Products Available at Packability
The seven sizes we hold in stock are 9×12″, 12×18″, 15×20″, 18×24″, 20×30″, 24×40″ and 28×56″. The sizes 9×12″ up to 18×24″ are generally purchased for the transport of heavy items that are small in size (kindling, logs, nuts and bolts etc). The size 20×30″ holds 20-25kg of aggregate and the 24×40″ holds 50kg of aggregate. The largest size 28×56″ is recommended for lightweight bulky items like rags, clothing and shoes.
