Here are our most frequently asked questions from customers

When will I receive my invoice?

You will receive your invoice via email  the day after the goods have been dispatched. If you request it by post, it will arrive 2-3 days after you have received the goods.

How do you measure your boxes?

All of the measurements you see on the website are the internal dimensions of the box. All of the boxes are measured in Length x Width x Height.

What are your opening times?

Our sales office is open from 8.30am - 4.30 pm (Mon-Thurs) & 8.30am - 4.00pm (Fri)

Can I collect goods from your premises?

We are unable to receive customers at our premises.

I can't find the size of cardboard box I want, can you manufacturer bespoke sizes?

Yes, we have a team of on-site designers and machines which enable us to manufacture boxes.

I can't find an item I am looking for on you website, can you source it for me?

Yes, we will do our upmost to source any item of a packaging nature. 

I want my company logo printed on my goods, can you do printing?

Yes, we can supply a 2 colour print on Cardboard Boxes, Adhesive Tape, Woven Sacks, Carrier Bags, Postal Bags & Napkins.

I am interested in selling my products on your website, how do I get in contact?

Please email, and we will contact you if interested.

When will I know when my items have been dispatched?

We will contact you by email to let you know.

Can you provide samples of your products?

It is dependent on what item it is, if you would like a sample please call 0845 643 9975 and our sales team will be happy to assist you.

How so I view my previous order, so I can add the same items again?

What is your minimum order value?

£50 on the website, all orders over £75 are free delivery.
